THM recipes are delicious, and best of all, they are for anyone in any age group.
Candy Bar Cookies Will Spread While Baking
If you notice your cookies spreading while baking in the oven, no need to worry!
This is perfectly normal…and it adds to the cookie texture.
One important thing to remember is to allow the cookies to cool for a little while on the baking sheet before transferring them to a cooling rack.
Once they are cool enough to transfer, the part of the cookie that spread will firm up and be fine to hold!
How To Store Cookies
These cookies are super easy to store…that is, if you have any left!
Once completely cooled, place cookies in a container with an airtight lid and leave them on your counter.
