Eating healthy does not mean food has to be boring or bland.
When it comes to eating healthy and giving our bodies what they need, it is important that we know exactly what ingredients we’re using in our recipes.

Why Is This Pizza Low Fat?
There are no significant sources of fat in this recipe; therefore, it would be considered low fat and an E for the Trim Healthy Mama.
Trim Healthy Mama is a lifestyle created by two sisters who had a vision to get people healthy by eating real foods!
Carbohydrates are worrisome to many people…that’s because many times we think of carbs causing weight gain or issues with insulin levels.
Even healthy carbs can cause some issues in certain people. That’s why it’s best to know how your body responds to healthy carbs.
Healthy carbs are good for you and are a good balance to having good fats.

Sprouted Wheat Pizza Crust
The list of ingredients above mentions two different ways to make the crust of your pizza.
You are welcome to use my sprouted wheat bread recipe, or you can use the Trim Healthy Mama sprouted bread recipe from their cookbook, page 200.
Now, you won’t be making bread with these recipes…you will just finish the kneading process and press the dough right into your pans. NO RISE NECESSARY!!
These recipes make 2 perfectly soft pizza crusts. You could make one big pizza, but the crust would be rather thick, so I chose to make two pizzas.

How To Assemble Chicken Taco Pizza
Once your dough is pressed into the pans, set aside and make the sauce.
I used my Blendtec blender to ensure that my sauce was perfectly smooth and creamy.
A food processor would work fine as well.
Spoon sauce evenly on both pizza crusts. You may not use up all the sauce, so freezing it for another time is a great idea!
Sprinkle pieces of chicken and spinach over the pizzas and then top them with a touch of Parmesan cheese.
You could add more cheese, but it would be getting into the Crossover setting. To keep this pizza an E, use just a sprinkle.
