Ingredients Needed To Make A Low Carb Lemon Smoothie
All of these ingredients can easily be found in your local grocery store or health food store!
The sweetener I chose to use is Trim Healthy Mama Gentle Sweet (I make a homemade version)
- cashew milk
- nonfat Greek yogurt
- fresh lemon juice
- sweetener
- salt
- turmeric
- vanilla extract
- ice

A low carb smoothie means there are no major sources of carbs in this recipe.
In fact, for the Trim Healthy Mama, this lemon smoothie is a Fuel Pull.

Low Carb Lemon Smoothie (Fuel Pull)
A low carb lemon smoothie is delicious and nutritious. Full of bright, sweet flavors, yet sugar free, this smoothie can be enjoyed as a mid-day snack or even a quick breakfast...and kids will love it!
Ingredients
- 1/2-1 cup cashew milk (depending on how thin or thick you want it
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons THM Gentle Sweet
- pinch of mineral salt
- pinch of turmeric
- splash of vanilla extract
- ice
Instructions
- Mix everything in your blender.
Notes
Use less or more cashew milk (or almond milk) for a thin or thick consistency of your smoothie.
This makes around 2 cups.
Turmeric gives the smoothie a yellowish look, but does not change the flavor with just a pinch.
