How To Make Creamy Sausage Gravy
Because we’re not using any flour to help thicken our gravy, we need to have a creamy liquid of sorts.
I found that by incorporating cashew milk and heavy cream together, it really brings out the creaminess.
Cashew milk seems a bit more creamy than almond milk, but you are welcome to use almond milk if that’s what you have on hand.
