How To Store Fudge

Storing fudge in an airtight container in the fridge is best.

You could probably keep it on the counter in an airtight container, but it will not be as firm.

This mint chocolate fudge will not last very long in your fridge, especially if you have mint chocolate lovers in your house!

My husband and boys like to get into that “fudge container”.

Before I know it, the fudge is gone!!

Natural Food Coloring

If you are worried about using food dyes or coloring that is not natural, you can purchase Watkin’s natural food coloring.

They are made with 100% vegetable juices and spices.

  1. Mix everything together in a medium bowl and add a few sugar free semisweet chocolate chips if desired.
  2. Pour into 8x8 glass dish . (put parchment paper in dish before pouring to make it easier to pick up the fudge after it firms and before cutting.
  3. Keep fudge in fridge till firm.
