Have you ever been to a party and gazed longingly at the sugar laden peanut butter bars with peanut butter glaze?
I’m a huge peanut butter fan, so I would’ve been first in line for those bars back in the day!
Now you can have a sugar-free version. I’m so excited about this one.
Natural Peanut Butter
A question I see alot is “what kind of peanut butter should I buy?”.
Well, there are numerous types of PB in the grocery store, but only a few will work for the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle.
When you look at the ingredient list, it should only say “peanuts” or “peanuts and salt”.
That’s how you know you’ve got an all-natural jar of yummy peanut butter.
I have made homemade peanut butter many many times. If you have ever made it, then you know how simple it is to put together.
I have a homemade peanut butter recipe you may enjoy. You wouldn’t have to add the chia seeds or flaxseed. Just make the basic recipe if you prefer!
