The ingredients for this recipe can literally be found in your local grocery store.
There is nothing hard about it, and you probably already have some of the ingredients.
- nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- pumpkin puree
- vanilla extract
- pumpkin pie spice
- ground cinnamon
- sweetener (I used Lakanto Monkfruit classic)
- salt

- 1-1/2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Lakanto Monkfruit classic sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
