How Much Cheese Ball Is One Serving?
Technically, most cheese ball recipes on the internet consider a serving to be 2 Tablespoons.
I don’t know about you, but many times an individual will not keep their portion size to one serving, especially if it’s a delicious recipe like this one!
If you are one who likes to count calories or needs to know what the grams of fat and carbs are, then you can check out the nutritional information below the recipe box.

What Can I Eat With A Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball?
There are many non-starch veggies that you can use to dip into this cheese ball.
Vegetables such as celery, cucumbers, bell peppers and even a few baby carrots.
If you are into crackers, but want to keep it low carb, you’ll love making your own low carb “chips”.
First, cut a low carb tortilla wrap (like Mission Low Carb or Joseph’s Lavash Bread) in small triangles or squares.
Next, spray them with coconut oil or butter spray and lightly sprinkle mineral salt on the tops.
Finally, place pieces of tortilla wrap on a paper towel or paper plate in the microwave for thirty seconds.
Depending on the size of your chip, you may have to microwave them for a bit longer.
The end product will be crunchy and delicious like a chip!

How Should I Store A Cheese Ball?
If you are lucky to have any leftovers, you can store it in any airtight container in your refrigerator.
