The savory flavors of this seasoned salt is a great addition to your spice cabinet!! Smoky Seasoned Salt (THM-FP)

How many of you have a drawer or cabinet chock full of spices and herbs?  I don’t know about you, but I have a variety of spices that I use in many different recipes;  Particularly if I’m making a new recipe and it calls for just a teaspoon of that one spice you never use again after that meal…yeah, that’s me!  Gotta have those “odd” spices too.  Smoky Seasoned Salt (THM-FP)

I do like a good seasoning salt for my beef or chicken, especially one that can soak in all day while cooking and leave the meat tasting so delightful.  I honestly didn’t realize until recently that the seasoned salt I’d been using for many years does in fact have sugar as one of the ingredients.  I wouldn’t normally be too concerned, but I do shake a fair amount on top of whatever I’m cooking.  Time for a new seasoning salt!!  Smoky Seasoned Salt (THM-FP)

Like I mentioned, I have such a variety of seasonings, I just started sprinkling a little bit of (almost) everything in my bowl and kept tasting until I had what I consider to be a great new seasoned salt!  I especially like the smoked paprika flavor coming through.  If you do not necessarily like “smoky”, then please add plain paprika if you wish!  Smoky Seasoned Salt (THM-FP) This seasoned salt would be great as a rub on your favorite steak or chicken.  It can also be used with your favorite crockpot roast and veggies!  There are several different ways to use seasoned salt…It’s just good to know that I can eat it guilt-free now!!
