- deli turkey breast
- spicy pepperjack laughing cow cheese
- low carb tortilla
- hot sauce
I didn’t eat a lot of eggs growing up. My older brother on the other hand would eat 2-3 eggs every morning for breakfast.
I was the cereal monster, unashamed to eat any or all of the sugary cereals I could get my hands on. Unbelievable, I know!!
As I got older I realized that I could spice up those plain old eggs with just a small amount of seasonings.
Now I love eggs for breakfast fairly frequently!
Spicy Eggs For Breakfast
I recently discovered this breakfast that I have been enjoying often.
It’s such a simple breakfast and you probably have most, if not all, of the ingredients in your home right now!
I used to use a simple coconut oil spray to coat my frying pan for cooking eggs.
Now I use mainly butter and sometimes coconut oil.
If you’re looking for a great tasting butter, Kerrygold grass-fed butter is the delicious!!!
I honestly feel like this brand of butter changes the flavor of my scrambled eggs like no other oil could do. So rich and savory!
Kerrygold is a little more expensive than regular butter, but it lasts me quite a while because I only use it for my eggs and bulletproof coffee!
Too Spicy? No Problem!
If you don’t care for a lot of spice, you don’t even have to add the hot sauce.
Some people love spice combined with the buttery flavor of the eggs.
I really cannot tell you how good this wrap is, especially using deli turkey breast instead of ham.
This Breakfast Wrap Is Full Of Good Fats And Protein
When it comes to protein, it’s good to get some in every meal and snack throughout the day.
This recipe contains both so it’s a great balance and so filling…perfect to get your day started!
