Maybe you’ve heard all your life that sweets are bad for you?

The sweetener of choice for this recipe is called Gentle Sweet.
Gentle Sweet is a sweetener created by a company called Trim Healthy Mama (I’ll tell you more about them later).

While the protein powder used in these truffles contains whey, undesired particles, such as lactose, cholesterol and even any de-natured fractions, are successfully removed.
This means even those with dairy sensitivities can often enjoy the Trim Healthy Mama whey protein.
If your only issue with dairy is the lactose, then you should be able to use the THM protein powders, as they do not contain lactose.

Yes! It is recommended to eat atleast 30 minutes before a workout.
