Tips For The Best Sugar Free Cookies
How To Get A Soft Cookie
There are several things that factor into making a perfectly soft cookie that doesn’t get hard in a day or two.
I found that the baking time makes a huge difference in how your cookies turn out.
Every oven temperature is different, so it may be trial and error for you, but mine only took 7 minutes for this recipe.
Using egg yolks instead of the whites seems to be key for these cookies to stay soft as well. Who wants a dry cookie?
Cooling The Cookies Down
These sugar free chocolate chip cookies are wonderful straight out of the oven.
No need to put them in the fridge overnight!
One thing to remember when taking them out of the oven is to allow these cookies to cool on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes.
They are super soft, but will continue to bake as they cool.
After a few minutes of cooling on the cookie sheet, set them on a cooling rack.
