What Sauce Is Used In This Casserole?

With this casserole having a teriyaki taste to it, you will want to use some sort of teriyaki sauce.

I chose to use Coconut Aminos Teriyaki sauce since it is lower in sodium and on plan for the Trim Healthy Mama.

If you follow the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle, the Coconut Aminos would be a Fuel Pull.

This recipe is an E meal…meaning it is higher in healthy carbs and low in fat.
