White chocolate lemon fudge is a super sweet treat that you may not have ever thought to make! It’s easy to put together, and the best part about it is the fact that it’s low carb and sugar free. Lemon is such a favorite flavor to so many people, and now you can have a sweet and citrusy fudge on hand when your sweet tooth is calling!

What You Need To Make White Chocolate Lemon Fudge

The good news about this fudge recipe is that you can possibly find all the ingredients in your local grocery store.

Most Walmarts have started carrying Bake Believe chocolates and also Lily’s chocolate chips in different flavors.

Can I Use Store Bought Lemon Juice For This Fudge?

To be honest, you probably could and it would taste just fine.

If I have fresh lemons on hand, it’s always my first choice, but bottled lemon juice will work as well.

Is This Lemon Fudge Trim Healthy Mama Friendly?

It sure is! If you have been doing Trim Healthy Mama for any amount of time, you may know that this lifestyle is full of delicious food.

Not only is THM food delicious, it is sugar free and guilt free!

Because of the good fats in this dessert, it is considered low carb.

If you follow the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle, you would separate your fats from your carbs.

Having 10 net carbs or less is perfect for an S recipe…and you can have 5 fat grams or less in an E recipe.

How To Store Homemade Fudge

After your fudge is all mixed together and poured into your glass dish, cover with an airtight lid and place in your refrigerator and allow to cool completely.

It can be kept in your fridge for easy access when a sweet craving hits! I like cutting my fudge into bite size pieces.

White Chocolate Lemon Fudge

White chocolate lemon fudge is a super sweet treat that you may not have ever thought to make! It's easy to put together, and the best part about it is the fact that it's low carb and sugar free. Lemon is such a favorite flavor to so many people, and now you can have a sweet and citrusy fudge on hand when your sweet tooth is calling!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a glass bowl, add the white chocolate chips and butter.
  2. Place bowl over a simmering pan of water.
  3. Allow chocolate and butter to melt.
  4. Once melted, take off of heat and add salt, lemon juice and food coloring..mix until smooth.
  5. Pour into parchment lined container and place in refrigerator to firm up.

Notes

This fudge is best stored in the fridge.

The entire recipe makes a small portion, so feel free to double or triple the ingredients.
