To be honest, you probably could and it would taste just fine.
If I have fresh lemons on hand, it’s always my first choice, but bottled lemon juice will work as well.

White chocolate lemon fudge is a super sweet treat that you may not have ever thought to make! It's easy to put together, and the best part about it is the fact that it's low carb and sugar free. Lemon is such a favorite flavor to so many people, and now you can have a sweet and citrusy fudge on hand when your sweet tooth is calling!
- In a glass bowl, add the white chocolate chips and butter.
- Place bowl over a simmering pan of water.
- Allow chocolate and butter to melt.
- Once melted, take off of heat and add salt, lemon juice and food coloring..mix until smooth.
- Pour into parchment lined container and place in refrigerator to firm up.
This fudge is best stored in the fridge.
The entire recipe makes a small portion, so feel free to double or triple the ingredients.
